Room Rates
A quick note about our rates - We quote our rates showing the rate and the .13% sales tax so that you know the full cost of the room. When comparing hotel rates be sure they quote you the full rate and whether or not there is a surcharge for using a credit card. We do offer a 5% discount for payment in cash, either $USD or Colones. The bank charges us 5% to process credit cards and we prefer to give our guests the option of saving the 5% rather than paying it to the bank.
The Estate has 2 deluxe double occupancy suites, 2 standard double occupancy suites and 2 two-bedroom suites. These spacious air-conditioned five-star rooms have hand made furniture, WiFi, Cable TV, Ceiling Fans, Coffee Makers and Mini Refrigerators hardwood and Spanish tile floors. The private bathrooms have hot water and feature the Nebia Spa Shower system. The Nebia Spa Shower envelops you in warm steam and spray. With 10 precision-tuned nozzles that atomize water, Nebia delivers millions of microdrops to hydrate your skin far better than ordinary showers, yet uses 70 percent less water than a normal shower.
